The first step…

is often the most difficult one. Let’s hope that’s true for this journey ;-) It was a pretty exhausting 90km ride, but a beautiful one none the less. I took a quick brake in Dassow and then a longer one in Wismar after 70km. Less than 4 hours riding time, 5:30 in total. The nicest roads were at the beginning before reaching Dassow and the last 8km. In between there were pretty bad conditions, but I managed to find ways around the gravel parts. I am very much looking forward to the new part of coastline tomorrow, but I am also a bit worried and hope to recover enough over night.

Der erste Schritt…

ist bekanntlich oft der Schwierigste. Hoffentlich gilt das auch für diese Tour ;-) Es waren ziemlich anstrengende 90km heute, aber eine nicht weniger schöne Strecke. Nach einer kurzen Pause in Dassow habe ich erst in Wismar nach 70km eine ausgiebige Pause eingelegt. Keine 4 Stunden Fahrzeit und 5:30 insgesamt. Die schönsten Straßen sind vor Dassow und die letzten 8km. Da war ich allerdings schon zu k.o. sie wirklich zu genießen. Ich freue mich auf den neuen Küstenabschnitt morgen, hoffe aber auch ausreichend erholt zu sein.
